A modern example of structural design by David Chipperfield. The Kings Cross area has transformed itself and we’re at the heart of this change in Pancras Square, a buzzy spot packed with cafes, bars, shops, as well as a swimming pool and a gym, and the canal nearby if you need a green fix. We have four floors in a Chipperfield-designed building with 396 striking circular pillars and direct access to the Underground from the ground floor. Pretty well connected, we’d say.
