Multiple types of working space are available on a month-to-month basis: - Private office - $700/mo: Need your own office for yourself or 2-3 person team? Offices have high ceilings, balcony access and views of Spencer's Butte. Each 162sf office is available fully-furnished and can be configured in various ways to fit your needs - Dedicated desks ($225/mo) - select a permanent desk in the open area. - Flex desks ($50/day) - Use an open desk in the open area, by the day. - Co-working table ($35/day) - Join the co-working table that accommodates 6 co-workers. AMENITIES: - Free high-speed Internet. - Basic supplies included: Pens, paper, paper clips, stapler, etc. - Open kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave & Keurig coffeemaker. Cups, coffee, tea, hot chocolate & filtered water provided! - A Konica color copier/scanner is available for your use and you'll receive 100 free copies per month. Additional copies are billed at cost (no upcharge). - Want to go to lunch, buy a gift, or meet your friends or colleagues -- the 5th Street Market abounds with unique eateries & shops -- right at your doorstep!
